The Main Menu is at the top of the IMPRES Battery Fleet Management display. It has the following items:
File Menu
The File menu contains the following items:
| Menu Item | Description |
| Close Current Result | Closes the most recently displayed result in the Results Panel. Disabled if there are no results visible |
| Close All | Closes all of the displayed results in the Results Panel. Disabled if there are no results visible |
| Reconnect | Reconnects IMPRES Battery Fleet Management to its processing components. This menu item can be used to re-establish the network connection that IMPRES Battery Fleet Management uses to access devices and data. |
| Print Preview | Opens the Print Preview Dialog for the most recently displayed report or chart result in the Results Panel. Disabled if there are no result visible |
| Opens the Windows printer selection dialog for the currently displayed report or battery information result in the Results Panel. Disabled when no results are displayed in the Results Panel | |
| Export | Opens the Export Dialog for the currently displayed report or battery information result in the Results Panel. Disabled when no results are displayed in the Results Panel |
| Exit | Closes IMPRES Battery Fleet Management |
Edit Menu
The Edit menu contains the following items:
| Menu Item | Description |
| Refresh | The Refresh button can be used to re-retrieve the results of a tabular report from the database. For example, if you have run a report and then make changes to a battery, you can use the Refresh button to redisplay the report with the new data. The Refresh button is disabled if no tabular reports are displayed in the Results Panel. The Refresh button refreshes only the currently displayed tab in the Results Panel |
| User Group | Opens the User Group Dialog |
| Configuration | Opens the Configuration Dialog |
| Preferences | Opens the Preferences Dialog |
Features Menu
The Features menu contains the following items:
| Menu Item | Description |
| Device Update | Opens the Device Update Dialog. This menu item will only be enabled if a device node is currently selected in the System Device Monitor |
| Online Activation | Displays the Online Registration Wizard to register this copy of IMPRES Battery Fleet Management online. This menu item is disabled upon successful registration of the software |
| Offline Activation | Displays the Offline Registration Wizard to register this copy of IMPRES Battery Fleet Management without internet access. This menu item is disabled upon successful registration of the software. |
| Radio Family Update | Opens the Radio Family Update Dialog. This menu item will be enabled after you login as the administrator. |
Help Menu
The Help menu contains the following items:

| Contents | Displays this help with focus on the Contents panel |
| Index | Displays this help with focus on the Index panel |
| About IMPRES Battery Fleet Management | Opens the About IMPRES Battery Fleet Management Dialog |
